It is important that all staff, volunteers and students read and understand the setting policies at induction and periodically thereafter, so that these are appropriately implemented and are evident in practice. All staff are expected to contribute to the review and updating of all policies and procedures in accordance with the settings policy review cycle.  We would recommend that all parents and protentional customers to preschool read out policies so they can develop an understanding of how and why we operate in the way we do.   

It is important that Parents read out policies to understand why and how we run our preschool and the methodology behind what influences our policies.
